That was hooty and a much-needed diversion. But something struck me funny even before the story aired: Jim Lehrer's stand-in saying "Did you hear the one about the economist who walked into a bar?" It was so serious and monotone. Pretty much the antithesis of funny. I'll be singing "Old Time Recession" for the rest of the day.
Why "Making Cents"?
