In this post, I am announcing a new webinar series that is designed to assist green industry firms in making better (more informed) managerial decisions in the midst of an economic downturn that is turning markets upside down. In this hypercompetitive market, the competitive advantages you enjoy today may vanish with breathtaking speed, and in this type of environment, the things you don't know can hurt you!
You may be saying to yourself: "I don't have time and can't afford to attend another meeting." That's the beauty of a webinar - it only takes 45 minutes out of your day; you don't have to spend money traveling anywhere; and you can 'attend' sitting in front of your own computer! Ask yourself these questions…
- Are business profits shrinking and you're not sure why?
- Are you uncertain how sustainability can help your business?
- Has marketing become more of a challenge?
- Has your business been impacted by the economic downturn?
- Are operating costs spiraling out of control?
If you answered yes to any of these questions; if you feel the business climate continues to deteriorate; and if you are worried about the future of your business, then attend this webinar series and learn useful strategies to increase your firm's bottom line!

Dr. Hall – Great to see you new webinar offering.
Change is at hand but, as the ancient Chinese philosophers wrote, “change is opportunity”. And, based on the new realities of the 21st century, the American industry is going through major change. Actually the auto industry is experiencing a necessary change - rebirth or burial. The auto manufacturers saw change as a threat and spent their efforts defending the status quo. The unions spent time and money protecting and defending the status quo. Protecting and defending the status quo is human nature, but in a world of transformational change we need to get over it fast.
My grandfather had a saying - "It's easier to ride a horse on a trail he knows." And, the trail we’ve been successfully and comfortably riding for years makes that old path easy to follow. We’ve had twenty uninterrupted years of growth, which has come to a sudden halt. It appears if we try to defend the status quo and ride “our horse” down the same old path, it could be disastrous. This is a critical time and, yet, great opportunity for those in our industry who have to plan a path for their businesses.
Thanks for being a catalyst during this difficult economic time. In knowing Charlie Hall, you and the team may help us see that the opportunity is as big as the crisis!
